ICT Business Partner (m/w/d)

    As an ICT Business Partner (m/f/d) your areas of responsibility are:

  • Development, implementation and maintenance of Salesforce ServiceCloud solutions, SAP CS module and Salesforce/SAP service processes
  • Troubleshooting existing solutions and providing user support
  • Maintaining technical documentation and providing training

     You need to fulfil these requirements:

  • Completed studies in the field of IT, business informatics or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the area of Salesforce, preferably Field Service Lightning
  • Certification as Salesforce Administrator or Field Service Consultant desirable
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce automation and customisation
  • Basic understanding of SAP CS module would be seen as a benefit
  • Experience in managing projects
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, knowledge of German and Finnish is an advantage
