Service Engineer

We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our team in Tampere. 
Join the global leader in glass processing technologies, where your skills will be essential to solving real-world challenges in a fast-paced, innovative environment. This role offers you the chance to work on advanced technologies while traveling to diverse locations worldwide.

As a Service Engineer, you will be an essential part of our service and support team. Your day-to-day tasks are related to servicing equipment, troubleshooting, technical issues and providing customer support. This is a full-time on-site role as the work is mainly carried out at customer sites around the world. 

This is what work is about

  • Maintain and install Glaston safety glass machines
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical and software issues 
  • Customer training and supporting both, on site and remotely

This is your preferred background

  • Proficiency in maintenance and servicing of equipment
  • Strong problem solving skills and technical knowledge
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certification or degree in Engineering or a related field
