You might be finishing your studies or recently graduated but we'd appreciate if you had some IT experience. Areas you will be engaging with in this role

• Helping develop local ICT solutions together with the global IT team and providing support for IT projects
• Assisting with IT applications and helping to manage the lifecycle of our local IT infrastructure 
• Supporting Data Centre operations (servers, storage and backup) and Cloud Infrastructure (Azure)
• Exploring networks (LAN, WLAN, SDWAN and Remote Access) and IT security (Firewalls, VPN and Access Management)
• Supporting the adoption of automation and AI through user guidance and AI agent development (e.g., chatbots, virtual assistants, workflow automations)
  

This is the background we are looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in e.g., ICT, Computer Science or Information Systems
• Proficiency in English
• Some knowledge or hands-on experience in IT connectivity, Security, AI, Windows Server Management, Cloud and IT incident troubleshooting
• It is a great bonus if you have worked in an international setting or used tools like Microsoft Planner, Trello or SharePoint to coordinate tasks, but not a must
